Order Confirmation: What Happens Next

You’ve ordered a server — here’s what happens next. Everything after you submit the order form happens automatically.

There’s no separate sign-up step. Your account is created for you when your order goes through.

Step by step

You fill out the order form and pay. This is the last step you need to do yourself. Your card details go straight to our payment provider — AtomicHost never sees or stores them.
Your account is created and your server is provisioned. As soon as your payment goes through, your account is created and your server is set up automatically — usually within minutes.
You get an email with your details. It has what you need to access your server through the dashboard.
You sign in to the dashboard. Open the dashboard with the details from your email, then start your server and connect to it.

Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure you’re looking in the inbox of the email address you used when you paid.
